As big as my head

I got a Sainsbury’s delivery yesterday which came in a couple of pounds more than I was expecting. Turns out this gigantic butternut squash was the cause. It made me think of when my (nearly 12 year old) nephew befriended a butternut squash and carried it around with him everywhere (he was about 2 at the time). I think he’d struggle to carry this one.

In great news: I went for a run at lunchtime and regretted not wearing shorts and T-shirt. I’ve lived in this country long enough to not get excited at this fake spring, but it’s been a nice reprieve from the cold and storms.
