8am walk.

A lovely walk to Peschiera before the day got too hot. And of course a coffee break on the return journey. This was the only day I got up for the walk but some of the more dedicated members of the gang were up cycling, running or walking every morning.
I reckoned I was on my holidays so there was no point straining myself too hard.
