Green Heron

We have been very busy with two sets of friends who have come to visit us in Las Vegas for the last five days.  We have been to a hockey game, been hiking in Red Rock Canyon, visited the Mob Museum, spent a beautiful morning at the bird preserve and have had two extraordinary dinners at a couple of the Tao Group Restaurants.  

This shot was taken at the Bird Viewing Preserve in the exact same spot I had seen two others the last time I was there.  It must be a favorite place to hang out.
