Down memory lane...

I returned to my childhood home, up in the hills of Bwlch-y-Sarnau in Radnorshire, to attend a celebration of the past pupils and staff of the primary school there.
The school had 2 classrooms, around 15 pupils, often no more than 3 per year group! It closed in 1990, a few years after I left.
Today's celebration was quite a historic occasion, with the generations coming together with one common theme and I was honored to have been a part of it.
This is the view from near the school, overlooking my old house and the fields, lanes and forestry that I roamed in during my formative years!
It's a very isolated part of the world, but that's its magic. Oh how I miss it!
