The Watcher of Seville

It's marmalade season and E is in full production - this is the second vat being watched over carefully.  Since we went fully induction in the main kitchen E needs to use the gas hob in the ground floor apartment.

The transfer of the vat of boiling sugar through to the main kitchen, for filling the jars, is something that is done carefully..
