Hippety hoppety
A bit of work, then a walk to the lighthouse with our triumvirate and associated puppies, past goats and fishing boats, tea and cake at the top.
Then Mahler’s 5th with Little A at the auditorium. We were running to get there on time, in by the skin of our teeth, greeted by the most wonderful usher. Seconds before the lights went down, he showed us to our seats, saying “Welcome! We were waiting for you!” with not the slightest bit of sarcasm. The symphony boiled and brewed and by the 4th movement the orchestra were in their element.
A wonderful day.
