Eban .....

..... in the river.

This evening after work I arranged to go on a run with Mr M. We were joined by his dog Eban and had a very enjoyable seven mile run. The weather has been wet all day but as soon as we set of the skies cleared and we had gorgeous sunshine with just enough of a breeze to make perfect running conditions.

The three of us ran out to Addingham via Nesfield. Eban probably ran twice as far as myself and Mr M as he kept running ahead to explore fields and then running back to us ( we made sure he didn't go in any fields with sheep or cows without being on his lead ). By the time we crossed the river Wharfe in Addingham , Eban needed to cool of for a bit so had some fun chasing after stones in the River Wharfe.

We returned back to Ilkley running along the dalesway. I only took a few photos during the run, so today's blip is .....

Post script :

In other news, My dad has officially become a pensioner today ( Happy Birthday oldun ). It's time to start looking for a home to put him in ;)
