When I moved in to my new flat, the only thing I couldn't face clearing was a unit at the front door packed with stuff. Colin to the rescue.

Along with what looks like 2 years worth of 'urgent' mail, we found a drawer full of mouse droppings. Lovely.

Hopefully Jerry stays away, otherwise might have to consider getting a Tom...
