24hr. Lighting Test

Construction on this tower block with all of the lights on has just completed. As is the norm in China for a couple of days as part of a electricity test all of the lights are left on in the building. Very soon they'll be turned off and the high-rise block will start welcoming its first residents.

All of the buildings nearby have residents and yet there's barely a light on. This may have something to do with the fact it's 5.30am and I've woken up too early again!
