Bunches of the Last...

... or the last of the bunches.

The seller of these bunches of local asparagus indicated that they might be the last of the season. How sad: such a short exposure each year!

Where were we? Maybe this gives it away, and here's looking from he other side of the main road to give even more detailed directions!

The usual, but excellent, produce was there. Here's IoW Garlic, and then all the tasteable condiments made from it that look so bright and tasty. They are! But this place also dispenses smoked-garlic infused porky scratchings: crispy and delicious. Half our dinner this evening (the other half equally soaked in saturated fats).

I don't suppose that this Lardy Cake is good for the arteries,either, but it looks pretty appetising.
