January full moon

We had clouds most of the day yesterday with some rain.   But wow, did it warm up.  I had to sleep with the windows open!   Last week was freezing and way below our normal.   

Anyway last night, I walked out with the dog about 8:30pm and the full moon was shining in the trees. I had to go inside to get the camera to try to get a shot.  The clouds were sailing across which made it look so special...to me anyway!    I went out later to see if I could get the cloud shots without the trees in the way but the clouds were GONE!    Today has been sunny, warm and very humid.   Feels like summer is on the way and it is not even February.

You know I am going to be complaining of the heat and humidity way early if winter does not come back!!

I had to post this photo as it was just what I saw (a day late but not if I think of it on UK time!).    Not perfect but good enough for me.
