‘Pre-Pilates Coffee’
I have become increasingly aware how I seem to have stiffened up in the last couple of years and how this has affected my stride when jogging, as well as lots of everyday tasks like putting on my socks!
So I am starting Pilates again, after a gap of nearly five years - very gently at the moment! I'm going to a small class at the LifeCare Centre in Stockbridge on Friday mornings and, for the last couple of weeks, I have been combining it with my regular early morning 5k jog around the park to warm up for Pilates - and also to kill two exercise birds with one stone in the process!
This morning, I had time to go to the cafe for a quick but very welcome cup of coffee in between.
