Drooping

I just liked this familiar scene (to me) of our village bridge. The drooping trunking is all to do with BT Openreach. The connections have rusted so it is held In place by the contents. The repairs are difficult from below without scaffolding (expensive) or a mobile hoist which comes out over the side then down and under. They tend to be substantial and heavy and there's a 3 ton weight limit on the bridge. So, impasse.
