Chapmans Family Butchers

Before I left Baldock today I dropped by Chapmans Family Butchers (Est 1937) to pick up a Haggis for tonight, as it's Burns Night.

I don't think I've seen a small town Butchers looking so impressive anywhere before, and you'll see from the lower picture, the Haggis was pretty magnificent (certainly the best I've ever had)
