Warmth

There was enough warmth in the sunshine to begin thinking about the S word, but as there are still two months of winter ahead I will put this down as an interglacial. The Hazel catkins have been out for a couple of weeks though.

I spent a while watching a flock of Long-tailed Tits, but that was my main wildlife encounter on today’s lunchtime walk.
