Preparing the race

Ran the call room during the AIS swim meet - making sure the swimmers are all on time and in the right lane. With 200+ swimmers from Belgium, Germany and The Netherlands it took some organising. However, when the swimmers understood the system it worked quite well. We actually finished early.
