Breathing Space, Time to Talk Bench

I had a dexa scan at the Western General Hospital today as a follow up to my broken elbow.

There's a 'Breathing Space' bench in the grounds.  These benches have been installed across Scotland to give somewhere to sit, talk, have time out.   The plaque says "You matter, we care - don't go it alone.  It helps to get some breathing space."
