What a mess

J's birthday today and I made a last minute decision to make him a cake before we took the grandchildren home.  I haven't baked for a few months and icing sugar had become quite hard.  I decided to blast it with food liquidiser to break up lumps - big mistake; the icing flew out of the bowl over everything..

We took the children home and I began again with a new packet of icing sugar.
