Ambitions

I started  the day wishing out latest volunteers well on their final, assessment weekend. It feels odd but right that I'm not the Assessor, not just for the organisation or me, but also them. Feels slightly odd not to be involved, but fortunately I know some great people and I know Tom will do a top notch job of being tough but fair. 

Missy's ambitions are slightly more obvious, though not without their own level of challenge as she crashed around the wood.
