Busy day

Didn't feel like parkrun this morning, back felt a bit tight. Met a friend for a long hilly dog walk in lanhydrock. The snowdrops are coming out along with the camellias.
Got home and finished and passed the 3 online courses I had to do for work.
Then spent a relaxing hour counting the birds in the garden for the big bird watch
