Humming in The Hive

I went down to London today to spend the day with my younger son as his gf is on long shifts while her boss is away. We went across to Kew and I’d done my 10000 steps even before we left. We then walked along the river to Hammersmith Bridge, to the pub, a total of nearly 9 miles in ‘not’ walking boots. Topics of conversation included , his job, the layouts of house we lived in when he was a child, fantasy football , Downton Abbey , the Post Office scandal and the Boat Race to name just a few.He’s good company!
