City

I thought the weather was to be worse so we headed up to the city.  I had a few obscure things on my food list that I couldn't get in Kinsale, along with a few other things I can only get in the city.  I got everything on the list! 
Once home I had to figure out what recipe it was that I needed all the ingredients for, they had been on that list for some time. I must have looked through about 10 cookbooks.  It turns out to be Beef Pho - a very involved recipe, but I'll give it a go tomorrow. 
Tonight we had hot spiced beef sandwiches for tea, yum!
