Beaumaris

We went for a walk on Benllech Beach first thing. It was almost high tide and the sea was so calm and inviting that I went in for a swim. It was glorious.

We then headed to Beaumaris where we had a mooch around and some lunch. It was wild and windy there. Next stop was Penmon Lighthouse.

We decided to finish our day with tea and cake at Ann’s Pantry in Moelfre, but they were full so we just bought some cake and brought it back to the cottage. We’ve walked (and swam) over 14k steps. I’ll sleep well tonight.
