Pacing at parkrun

C and D arrived with Nori and we all went to parkrun. G and I paced and C and D volunteered. Several moments of joy as people introduced themselves and ran with me. I encouraged at least 3 to achieve a PB. Such a joy. 

Went for breakfast afterwards and had a lovely fryup. 

Then back home for family time of chatting  and some TV. 

Had an update from G in Norway. As expected he is having palliative care with the treatment starting Monday. So sad. It was  difficult to know what to say.
