The White Rose

The White Rose  is the name of one of the best-known German resistance groups in times of National Socialist terror. 
Because today is Remembrance Day for the Victims of National Socialism, I wanted to make a tribute for the White Rose, but I couldn't get the right flowers. So I painted one. (Thankfully there are tutorials available)
The rise of the right wing parties is frightening.
There was even a secret meeting by Nazis and members of the AFD.
They discussed how millions of not origin German people can be forced to leave the country. When that was published, all over the country in total over a million people stood up against fascism and for democracy.
That's a sign of hope in those dark times
