Red Car Delight

Yesterday it was "Red Barns and Rowan". Today Grandpa and Larkin made the first move to get the little red cars out of our garage. There is a lovely 1951 MG and a 1967 Porsche. The Porsche is in line for a restoration.

Larkin will be 16 in December and if he works hard this summer, he will have a car to drive when he gets his driver's license. He will work with grandpa to fix up the car. He will also have to do work for Grandpa to help pay for car parts. Such a deal.

The red MG is also in the wings, but that is grandpa's car and it has been fixed up and restored. We plan to wash and clean it up to drive in the 4th of July Parade in Blaine. Roll out those wonderful days of summer with cool old cars and parades and those who love to fix them up.
