Birds - Prestatyn Beach

SATURDAY

I drove on the back roads to the Prestatyn Parkrun this morning.  I had an encounter with a pheasant which decided to walk into the road as I was driving at 50-60 mph. I couldn't avoid it. It didn't fare at all well.  I found it quite upsetting. 

I completed the park run in 28:51.

The birds in the photo were on the beach at Prestatyn. I have no idea what they are.
