Comparison Pricing

I'm watching The Art of Getting By while at the same time trying to figure out some numbers. Before I get to Spain I have to put my condo up for rent. I spoke with a property manager this afternoon and tried to set something up. I said I wanted to set the monthly rent at a center price and he said it was a bit high. I'm doing my research and my rate looks pretty competitive.

Also today, I went to get my fingerprints taken for a background check. Then I went to the doctor's office for a physical to get a medical certificate. I also tried to recycle those long florescent tubes you put in kitchen lights at Home Depot, but they didn't accept them. I just ended up throwing them in the trash.
