Epic......

......fail in the sensible eating (just because it was there) and drinking (following the sad news from The Bliptons yesterday) department has resulted in me waking up this morning feeling distinctly liverish......I'm hoping that a strict diet of Andrews Liver Salts and only nibbling on the odd lettuce leaf will mend matters, but in the meantime I won't be straying far from the couch, daytime TV and sanitary facilities........................groan...............
