The beginning...

...and the end of the day...

Up for breakfast at 5am, and a smooth transfer to Turin Airport. 
The airport redeemed itself after our atrocious time on arrival - no queues at check in, straight through security and our flight left on time.

A lovely taxi driver got us safely back to Tynemouth, and as we were earlier than expected and rain is forecast there tomorrow, we headed home home. Busy on the roads, but no problems.

About to have a video link up at our usual table with S&D, then I'm guessing we won't be late to bed!
