Castle Leslie County Monaghan ..

Just had a fabulous meal and can't wait to explore the castle, lake and grounds in the morning..We have a little courtyard and will have coffee there before breakfast.. Paul McCartney had his wedding here...We are in the stables complex however, not the actual Castle!! My Grandfather came from Co Monaghan, but I'm not sure where exactly..Beautiful part of the world and the welcome and service is fantastic.. On our way home tomorrow we plan to stop at Navan Fort, which is one of the  oldest archaeological  sites in Ireland.. Really looking forward to that!!
