I started the long trip home today. The journey from Austin to Houston was a nice easy drive until I hit a wall of rain 5 miles from Houston. From bright sunshine I was all of a sudden faced with not being able to see more than 5m in front of the car. It disappeared as soon as it arrived but continued storms delayed the flight to Orlando and also the Orlando Manchester leg. Nice to get my feet up on the plane and a little sleep.
