Not My Normal Pond!

A good day starting with a pilates class, I think there may be a slight improvement after 4 weeks of trying hard!  I then had a great time in the back garden-chopping, clearing and generally tidying up, Smithy the cat supervised.
Then I had a treat of being able to read my book this afternoon as nothing else really needed doing.
Later on I stopped at Blackford Pond to check out the swans and test the new battery in my camera.  All good on both counts.
