Bisan

Pleased to see on my way back from the tram stop that this was still being worked on, and the artist has now ID-ed it. I'd seen the face and knew she was from Gaza but couldn't remember the name - Bisan Owda. The message was one she posted online back in October just after her home and her workplace had been bombed out of existence. She apparently has millions of followers on Instagram - I suspect that's her handle at the foot of the picture.
