You are what you eat...

For years (like 30) I've got away with not cooking beyond cheesy pasta as Martin likes doing it.  For a while he's been working in Luxemburg for four days a week but I've been happy to eat 'leftovers' or 'beans on toast' for the days he's not here. For a while Ben took over cooking duties but is now living in Aylesbury

Now I want to go more veggie so am having to venture back into the kitchen.  Tonight I'm cooking a lentil / sweet potato thing that has taken an hour.  Boy oh boy, the only saving grace is that I'll have leftovers to save me cooking another time.

I've just started watching this on Netflix.  If you want to get motivated to be nutritionally better I'd recommend.
