Feeling pretty anxious today, as my Mum was going home from respite care - but sounds like it all went OK.  My sister went and collected her in the morning, and dropped her back at home - and the new care company came at lunchtime for another assessment.  I spoke to Mum in the afternoon and she was sounding good - happy to be home.

Tim made me one of his fancy flat whites to soothe me during the work day - and it worked.

Managed to set fire to a poppadom this evening, while cooking dinner.  (I popped it in the toaster briefly, then instantly forgot about it.  Big flames and lots of stinky smoke.  Ooops.
