Good Samaritan

We were out for a walk between showers and near the end we passed a lady with her walker. K. greeted her and asked her how she was. Turns out she had tried a ‘shortcut’ on her regular route. Because our streets are not a perfect grid, she ended up walking further than she was used to, in an area she was not familiar with. We shortly turned onto the main street and she then was in familiar surroundings.

When it came time for us to leave her, K. made the decision to accompany her the rest of the way to her home, two long blocks away. She was quite able to get home but was tired enough to take a rest at a bus stop before completing the trek, successfully. Turns out, she was better company for K. than your agent.
