Toastie

I have spent the whole day, except for cooking lunch and making coffee sorting through all the folders I collected from the u3a retiring secretary. They were in very good order but some folders were rather full so have been placed in two folders. I still have one “odds and sods” folder to do, but it will have to wait until tomorrow or Friday. I have also been printing off relevant documents to make sure everything is up-to-date since I took over last year.
 
Today’s picture is the ham and cheese toastie I made in my new gadget that I blipped yesterday. It looks dark, but it is brown bread and I did it on the middle setting.
 
The temperature at noon today was seven degrees Celsius.
