People say an angel has wings and a shiny halo, and that the angel spreads great joy as they soar through the sky, singing Hallelujah. 

But I disagree. 

I think an angel has 4 legs, a shaggy, and a hairy blonde coat. I think he rolls in smelly things, loves nothing more than wading through mud, and has a tail just like a helicopter that never, ever stops wagging. 
I think he has a permanent grin on his face as he loves life so very much, and he runs through fields, burns, the sea, with a shiny blue, squeaky ball in his mouth, barking with great joy, and spreading massive... enormous....colossal amounts of pure love wherever he goes. 

And when he does indeed have to go, our hearts actually hurt.
