Mowbray Park

Walked through the park. The winter aconites are out. The pond has lots of tufted ducks and moorhens.  The guys are planting up the beds with the spring bedding, it's mainly primroses. 
Day 2 giving up tea and coffee. I've had a horrible headache for 2 days. I presume from withdrawal from the caffeine. 
Has anyone else given up tea and coffee and how did it go.
