Brrr beach yoga!

Blip : my yoga mat in position behind the beach at lunchtime. Extra : a photo taken by R looking down on our little yoga group. I have never worn so many clothes for yoga! It was fun though, and lovely looking at, and listening to the roar of the waves. I went home for a warm up and cuppa whilst the others jumped in the wild waves and warmed up in the mobile sauna adjacent.
Areobics and pilates too today plus food  shopping this afternoon. Going to work for a rest tomorrow :))
