WIP

I got a new to me (second hand) sofa to go in front of the guinea pig cage yesterday.  I moved my dining table up and wanted somewhere to sit away from the TV to stitch or have a cuppa.  I'm very pleased with it and it was a bargain. 

I started a new cross stitch yesterday, a lovely kit that a very lovely blipper sent me some months ago and which I have been saving to do.  I'm really enjoying it. 

I popped into work today today too.  I took in some chocolate, cheese and biscuits as its 31st January which is always a busy time at work (we are accountants).  I then came home and thought to myself, I wonder if I need to do a tax return??  I check online and yes I did have a return due, good thing I checked!  I only have employment income so its very simple but I rented my house out in the past when we travelled and so I am in the system.

This evening I have an appointment with my surgeon.  Just a check up.  He was very happy with everything and said he was very pleased to see me smiling again.
