Early Morning Panic

When I heard running (pouring) water coming from my bathroom, as I was just getting ready to leave, I knew things weren't going to be pretty! My loo was throwing out water and it was running all over the floor... The people downstairs were amazing, despite it leaking into their flat and even let the plumber in for me when I was at work. This part (the ball things, as I like to call it) was replaced and things are hopefully all back in order! *crosses fingers*
