Nearly Finished

Went into Rochdale today to see how the work on the Town Hall was progressing.  It's coming to the end of a £20m renovation (both inside and out) carried out over the past 3 years and is due to re-open on 3rd March this year.  There is still a lot of barriers and fencing all around the building, but it will be worth a visit when it's all done.
(As an aside I consider Rochdale to be the very worst town centre 1) to find, and 2) to drive through.  Completely incomprehensible )
