From the bus

Unbelievable. Spent best part of 10:00am-7:30pm trying to sort Vodafone problem. On chat/phone/ and went to local store. Chat was a nightmare. After 3 ½ hours of texting back and forth my eyes were sore.

Now both me and husband (his number is on my contract) flooded with messages from their fraud department, and said to call them. When I did told their systems are down. (Probably happened after an agent asked me to put my sim in Mr B's phone to see if some that worked ok).

Switching off. Hate my mobile today, Vodafone especially :((((((((((((
