Took this bout 30mins ago didnt think I would get a blip in today as so tired, Had a terrible dream last night about a family member it kept me awake most of the night. So realistic, I used to have nightmares a lot but up until this last week they had stopped but last nights was by far the worst. I have slept most of day but still sleepy. Managed 2 walks after my naps though. Had rain most of day hope you had some sun.
