John Muir Country Park
As I have blipped a lot of flowers lately I decided today it was about time I did a landscape and given the weather conditions a monochrome was the obvious choice. Fortunately when we were walking the dogs this morning there was a sky to die for, so the crucial decision was which bit of landscape. I chose this view from John Muir Country Park across to the Lammermuirs. In order to expose well for the sky with my compact I had to underexpose the landscape elements considerably so they have had a lot of work done post- processing ( and there quality has therefore suffered ) but the sky has hardly been touched. Certainly worth looking at LARGE as the detail on the horizon is possibly the most interesting part of the image.
