Marmalade

My London friends made marmalade weeks ago, but Seville oranges have only just made it to deepest darkest Oxfordshire. I love making marmalade with the pervading scent of bitter oranges.  I put in only half the sugar of the recipe for a tangy result.  I know what I am having for breakfast tomorrow :-)
