Mooring Ring

Another "one photo day" on a day that was again very wet and windy. Ventured out of the car to take the mooring ring near the museum and quickly retreated back inside.
Not as windy today but it felt colder with the it being more northerly. This must be close to the windiest winter I've experienced.
