Quack quack

Well today has been a very productive day!
HIIT at 7am! Killer session but amazing at the same time!
Work all day were I have enrolled over 40 students for summer courses!
Spinning and then step!! Which again were awesome!

One of the girls from step has been away and spotted this little duck and couldn't resist bringing it home for me! It's fricking amazing - every time you squeeze it its eyes pop out! That's definitely going to work to live on my desk.

Wonder what tomorrow will bring??? Do I go for a swim before work??
